Shipping policy

We offer the following shipping options:
- USPS (Domestic Only)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, your location and the selected shipping method. Some items may incur handling fees* due to fragility or irregular size and/or shape, and oversized items may be available for store pickup only.
*After items are packed and weighed, unused handling fees, if any, will be refunded.

- Pick up at School Store (Akahi Building #63)
Customers may pick up their orders from the School Store. Call ahead for a school store security pass 808-842-8991.

- Inter-Office Delivery for Employees of KS Kapālama & KP 
Staff members of KS Kapālama and Kawaiahaʻo Plaza may have their orders delivered to their departments. Provide your department mail stop, suite and floor if applicable in the cart Order notes, then select Pick up at Store at check out.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Pick-up orders made before 2pm on M-F are usually ready same day.

Shipping Address
To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. KS Online is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at kapalamaschoolstore@ksbe.edu within 7 days of order placement/delivery.
